Recovery work gets its own corner of the gym: mats, bands, foam rollers, and enough quiet to actually use them. Mobility here is treated as training, not an afterthought — short, targeted work on the hips, shoulders, and ankles that show up in your lifts, done consistently instead of heroically.
If something feels stiff or a position keeps failing, a coach can watch you move and hand you two or three drills worth doing, rather than a forty-minute routine you will quit by Thursday. Expect the advice to be boring and repeatable. That is what working looks like.
